State Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency are investigating the death of a 36-year-old Tuscaloosa County woman killed in a single-car accident Friday night.
Robin Hattie Averette was driving on Daffron Road when for unknown reasons her vehicle left the roadway and struck two trees. She was not wearing a seat belt at the time, and was thrown from the vehicle during the crash. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities are still investigating this accident.
