One individual, on the second motorcycle, continued to escape after the first bike wrecked. The driver, a male, was later stopped and apprehended by Attalla Police. He is wanted for warrants in Marshall County.

Sheriff Enterkin said deputies found drugs, drug paraphernalia, guns, fake law enforcement badges, and brass knuckles in a backpack in the man and woman’s possession.

Two motorcycles failed to make a traffic stop near Miller Hollow Road and Highway 77 on Tuesday evening, leading to a police pursuit. One of the motorcycles crashed into another vehicle on Highway 77, ejecting both the male driver and female passenger from the motorcycle. The driver was transported to a hospital where he later died, the female is being treated for injuries and is wanted for warrants in St. Clair County with charges pending in Etowah County. The driver of the second motorcycle, Timothy Neil Walden, 31, was later apprehended by Attalla Police and is wanted for warrants in Marshall County.
