Gooden, who was not using a seatbelt, was partially ejected from the vehicle and transported to Northport Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. A passenger of the GMC, Cullen Gooden Cook, 28, of Montgomery, was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa for treatment.
