The driver and passenger in the Dodge Ram were taken by ambulance to UAB. Their conditions were not known Monday evening, troopers said.

A Shelby County woman died after being involved in a wreck Monday. The Alabama State Troopers report Holly Hutchison, 32, died from injuries she received in a two-vehicle crash. The collision happened at 11:45 a.m. on Highway 57, two miles north of Vincent. Hutchison was driving a 2000 Ford Focus which collided with a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup truck. Hutchison was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and she died at UAB Hospital just after 3:30 p.m. The driver and passenger of the pickup truck were transported to UAB Hospital as well, and their injuries are unknown at this time. No other details were released.
