Two people, including an older person and a juvenile, are recovering from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle accident in Phenix City on Sunday.

A passenger vehicle driven by a 78-year-old made a left turn in front of an 18-wheeler, resulting in the two vehicles colliding. The driver of the car and a juvenille passenger were injured and taken to a local hospital for medical care. Their injuries were considered non-life threatening.
