Russell County High student killed in car crash.

A Fort Mitchell teen was killed in a car crash early Monday morning at the intersection of U.S. 431 and Uchee Hill Highway.

A Fort Mitchell teen was killed in a car crash early Monday morning at the intersection of U.S. 431 and Uchee Hill Highway.

State troopers say Jana Hobbs, 16, was killed when her car collided with another vehicle. She was a student at Russell County High School.

Alabama State Troopers are still investigating the crash.

I am so sorry for your loss . Jana is in such a better place now . I guess God thought it was her time to go . But I hope you rest in peace BabyGirl .

Deborah and Tony our hearts go out to your entire family. We will forever keep you In our prayers. We've all lost love ones in our lives. ... But the lost of a child has to be as difficult as any. Especially when they are as nice and warm as Jana. May GOD bless and continue to see your family through these difficult and trying times. R.I.P. forever JANA .
