According to the statement, Quattlebaum was critically injured when the 1996 Chevrolet 1500 in which he was a passenger was struck by a 2005 GMC Envoy around 9:40 a.m. Sunday that was driven by Monica Jean Smith Behuniak, 26, of Slocomb.
