Pedestrian fatally struck by van on U.S. 31 in Decatur
The victim crossed the highway in front of a southbound Toyota Sienna van, DPD spokeswoman Emme Long said in a news release. The driver, 46-year-old Hartselle man Michael Alexander, was not injured, police said.
