Family of man charged with murder for fatal I-565 crash releases statement
Cortez is charged with three counts of murder, driving under the influence, and driving on the wrong side of the road. He was released from the hospital Friday and booked into the Huntsville-Madison County Metro Jail on a $180,000 bond.
