Man killed in bulldozer accident
Neighbors said he was a nice elderly gentleman that spent hours at a time using the bulldozer on his property. One neighbor said he was with him earlier watching him work.

His death was ruled to be accidental, the police report said.
Trinity and Mud Tavern Fire Departments also responded to the scene.

Stewart was using a bulldozer on his property, when it overturned and landed on top of him, killing him on impact. According to his neighbors, the man used the bulldozer often and for long-periods of time.
