Florida boat captain dies in car accident in Daphne - WEAR - ABC

(WEAR) - A Milton, Florida man was killed in a car accident in Daphne Tuesday morning.The crash happened on I-10 eastbound at the 37mm, around 3:20am.Phillip Baker, 59, was pronounced dead on scene.Daphne Police said Baker was not wearing a seat belt when his pickup truck collided with a cable barrier in the median of the highway.The truck overturned and Baker was ejected from the vehicle.Investigators believe he was headed home to Milton after docking his boat in Port Fourchon, Louisiana.
