Trooper Cook says the crash happened around 6 a.m. and involved an overturned tractor trailer carrying approximately 8,000 gallons of jet fuel. As a result of the crash, 90 percent of the fuel was spilled onto the roadway.
The driver of the tractor trailer was treated for minor injuries.
