1 killed, 3 injured in rollover wreck on U.S. Hwy. 80

One person was killed and several others injured Thursday after a vehicle left the road and overturned just outside Selma, investigators with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said. The single-vehicle wreck, which happened around 4:35 p.m. on U.S. Hwy. 80, claimed the life of Selma resident Tiesh Monique Blevins, 20. A fourth victim, Selma resident Breanna Nicole Mitchell, 21, was also injured. Blevins, along with passengers Myeisha Nicole Winston and Kemira Shantel Johnson, both 19 and also from Selma, were not wearing seat belts when she lost control of her 2000 Honda Accord.
