Comments

This was an illegal charter operation from the start. Kem Sibbitt and Joey Smith were partners in Seward Air Taxi, LLC. The FAA has been trying to cover this one up from the start. The Seward FSDO was caught lying to Senator Murkowski's office. The FAA regional Administrator, Kerry Long, acknowledged the issues in the letter, the owner on paper of Seward Air Taxi has 2 incidents where child pornography has been brought up as him being involved, now with the FAA and NTSB pulling strings to cover this up, this may be the start of a bigger child pornography/sex trafficking scheme

you can;t prove a damn thing and the FAA doesn;t cover up squat

Check out sewardair tours on instagram, there is a photo of this airplane during the pre-buy inspection saying they were going to add the plane to the fleet! Use the FOIA to attain a copy of the FAA reports as I did. It stated seward air was in violation, but the FAA buried this investigation in 13 weeks, the report was dated October 1st, 2019. There has been no legal enforcement to date, joey is/was in the process of transferring his 135 certificate to himself under North Valley Air, McKenzie Mitchell was listed as owner/operator and Joey Smith was listed as DOM. Shady shit goes on in Alaska!!
