Man arrested for DUI in deadly crash in Bullhead City Posted: Updated: BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. (AP) - Bullhead City police have arrested a suspected drunk driver in connection with a fatal crash. Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt says 25-year-old Andrew Smith Hartfield was arrested Saturday for manslaughter, aggravated assault and endangerment. Police say Hartfield was driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver, 20-year-old Quinten Quitmeyer, was flown to a Las Vegas hospital where he is in critical but stable condition. The impact caused Hartfield's car to roll while the driver and a passenger were thrown from the other vehicle.
