Niki Wade was a very careful person. She had her lights and flashers on. I saw the cardboard and empty bag. that means she went to the back of her SUV where her gear is, for her supplies. Then went to the cat putting the cardboard underneath to lift the cats body. She was always aware! How did this driver hit her? How did he not see her? She always had her big yellow flashlight.
