Pedestrians struck, seriously injured in Phoenix
Authorities say two people are in serious condition after being struck by a car in Phoenix Wednesday evening.
SUV hits man, 6-year-old son crossing Phoenix street
Phoenix resident David Campos said it was the second collision involving pedestrians that he's witnessed in the last three months near the intersection.

A 40-year-old man and his 6-year-old son are injured and in serious condition after being struck by a white SUV in Phoenix Wednesday evening. The accident occured around 6 p.m. near 32nd Street and Virginia Avenue. The SUV driver apparently didn't see the pair as they crossed the street that has been described as dimly lit. The investigation is ongoing.
