Pima County deputies said a truck towing a trailer ran a stop sign while traveling westbound on Marana Trico Road and collided with the motorcycle, which was traveling southbound on Trico Road.

The motorcyclist, Michael Robert, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck remained at the scene until authorities arrived.
