The female passenger of the Buick was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. She has been identified as Hilda Mathis, 64, of Douglas. The male driver of the Buick, Jerral Mathis, 67, also of Douglas, was transported to Canyon Vista Medical Center and then airlifted to Banner University Medical Center in Tucson.
