Bicyclist dies after being struck by train in Tucson area

Tucson police say a bicyclist riding along railroad tracks has been struck and killed by an oncoming train.
A bicyclist is dead in the Tucson area is dead after being struck by a train. According to authorities, at approximately 2 AM, 20-year-old Jorge A. Villalobos was riding a mountain bike northbound on a railroad bridge across the Rillito Wash. A train also heading northbound the entered the bridge. A railroad engineer repeatedly sounded an air horn but Villalobos continued on the tracks. Despite deploying emergency brakes, the train hit Villalobos before it could stop.
