Toddler dies in hospital following crash

According to a release, the Tucson Police Department is investigating a mid-day collision that resulted in the death of the young girl. Around 12:40 p.m. on Thursday  police responded to East Valencia Road and South Palo Verde Road for a crash involving two vehicles. Two-year-old Asha Namagara has passed away from injuries she sustained from a crash on Thursday afternoon. At that time, Namagara was transported with life-threatening injuries while the other three people were transported with minor injuries. According to the release,  one of the cars had two adults and two young females, ages two and four.
