19-year-old man dies after vehicle rollover in Tucson

Tucson police say a man was not wearing a seatbelt and died after being thrown from a truck that overturned. The vehicle hit a raised median and a tree, leading the truck to roll. Dugan says preliminary evidence indicates the male driver of a Chevrolet pickup truck lost control of the vehicle while driving in light rain and over-corrected his steering. Dugan says 19-year-old Michael Anthony Van Bogaert, the only passenger, was ejected by the impact. Pete Dugan says the rollover accident occurred around 6:15 p.m.
