Driver killed in Friday Foothills wreck identified

The investigation, which is still ongoing, revealed that Brian Daley, 33, of Yuma, had been traveling southbound on Fortuna Road in a white 2014 Ford F150 and sideswiped a blue 2009 Toyota Camry being driven by Elba Rosa Santiago, 61, of Yuma.  As a result the white Ford F-150 then veered into the northbound lanes and struck a black 2006 Dodge van being driven by Walker. His wife, Vickie Walker, 63, also of British Columbia, was a passenger in the van.

I'm in Canada. That A-hole Brian Daley gets to live while a dear family friend does not. He should be charged with vehicular manslaughter!
