Fayetteville man killed in collision

Conditions were misty and the road was wet at the time of the wreck, state police said.

Man killed, woman injured in crash on Hwy 16 in Fayetteville

According to the accident report, the roads were wet.
A Fayetteville man was killed Friday evening in a head-on crash in Washington County. Bounthavy Douangphachanh, 58, of Fayetteville, was driving on Arkansas 16 in a Chevrolet when a Ford crossed the centerline and struck him. A passenger in Douangphachanh's vehicle, Sinoune Douangphachanh, 54, of Fayetteville, was injured and taken to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. The driver of the Ford, Benn Garrett, 26, of Stilwell, Oklahoma, uninjured.
