Black River Bridge at Pocahontas back open after crash

The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department was on the scene of a single vehicle crash on the Highway 67 Bridge over the Black River in Pocahontas. Police rerouted traffic to the southern half of the bridge until the bridge was inspected. Dispatchers told Region 8 News that the crash took place on the northern half of the bridge. Traffic was halted while emergency crews worked the crash. However, initial reports were that there is no structural damage to the bridge.
