Arkansas State Police say Mary Ann Strain, 85, of Concord was driving south on Highway 25 Thursday afternoon when her vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway. It then re-entered the highway, crossed both lanes of traffic and entered the path of a second vehicle. Vehicle two struck Strain's car in the passenger side.
