According to the preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, three people were riding in a vehicle that crossed the center line into the path of an oncoming semi.
Head-on wreck kills three people near Arkadelphia
The Arkansas State Police identified the dead as one of the drivers, Zackary Adam Handley, 19, of Amity; and his passengers, Chloe Dyanne Bowers, 18, of Arkadelphia and a minor male child who was not named in the report.
