Wrong-way driver on I-440 killed in Thanksgiving wreck, police say

According to preliminary Arkansas State Police figures, it was the 470th fatality on Arkansas roads in 2015. John B. Collins, 45, of Little Rock, was the driver of a Subaru headed west in the eastbound lanes of I-440, according to a police report. A man driving in the wrong direction on Interstate 440 in Little Rock Thanksgiving evening was killed when his vehicle collided head-on with another car, according to Arkansas State Police. Vincent in Little Rock. Collins suffered fatal injuries and two people in the Nissan, Jonathan Busby, 31, and Amber Busby, 30, both of Wynne, were injured.
