Choate, driving a 2001 Chrysler 300, passed the flagman, struck several traffic cones and drove around a Caltrans truck blocking the lane, according to the CHP. She continued on for about six more miles, ignoring signs and control devices before crashing into a front-end loader parked across the traffic lanes.
