CHP said a car was traveling the wrong way, northbound in the southbound lanes when it collided with a big rig.

The CHP said the collision happened just before 4 a.m. on southbound I-5 just south of County Road 39. Monica Skidmore, 37 of Corning, was killed when she was hit by a semi-truck after being hit by a different driver, head-on.
