Maria Torres, 44, and one child killed in collision on Hanford Armona Road in Hanford, California

Officials say the driver of a Honda was stopped at a traffic light when she slowly moved her car into the intersection. That is when the front end of a truck hit the driver side of the Honda sending the vehicle into two other cars.
