Two Drivers Arrested After Crash That Killed Pedestrian in Glendale
Akop Daniyelyan, 32, of Los Angeles, was allegedly driving at a high rate of speed and attempted to pass a slower vehicle in front of him, Hauptmann said. As he passed the slower driver, he struck another fast-traveling vehicle, driven by 27-year-old Alejandro Garcia, of Los Angeles, according to the sergeant.
