Tips lead to arrest in fatal hit-and-run of man in wheelchair
Detectives got a break in the case thanks to anonymous tips from the public that led to the arrest of Tatiana Cacho, 24, of Pacoima, police said. Christian Olvera, 23, of North Hollywood, was also arrested on suspicion of being an accessory after the fact.
Manuel Dejesus Segovia Gonzalez was crossing Terra Bella Street not far from Cayuga Avenue when he was run over by a maroon Cadillac SUV or truck. The vehicle dragged him for about 100 feet, and he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
