The California Highway Patrol confirms one person died after a big-rig truck went off an Interstate 210 offramp in the Lakeview Terrace area shortly after 6:30 a.m. Friday.

A semi truck went off an Interstate 210 offramp in the Lakeview Terrace area shortly before 7:30 a.m. Friday, leading to the death of a person in one of the five involved vehicles. The California Highway Patrols says the vehicles involved included two big-rigs with trailers, and TV reports reveal a dump truck, several crushed cars, and a tractor-trailer truck with its front end in a smashed car. There is no word so far on other injuries. We'll add new details as they emerge.
