Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in North Hills, Driver Sought
The woman was outside of a crosswalk walking westbound on Plummer Street at Sepulveda Boulevard around midnight when she was struck by a black BMW going southbound, according to Officer Norma Eisenman with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.
