Woman dies after vehicle flips off Pacific Coast Highway
Officials said that the vehicle flipped over the side of the roadway and landed 40 feet down on the rocks. Authorities believe the vehicle was head north on PCH when the crash occurred and that it may have been involved in an accident before it went off the road.
