Three people were in critical condition, and two others had minor injuries.

The crash area is being treated as a crime scene by the South Gate Police Department because the collision involved a hit-and-run, Licon said. Police could not be reached for comment.

He has facial acne and a beard, and was last seen with an injury to his forehead that he sustained in the crash.

Suspect in Fatal Crash that Killed 2 Arrested

Bryan Rojas, 22, was arrested around 1 p.m. in East Los Angeles, according to Capt. Darren Arakawa of the South Gate Police Department.
