We all know the long, wide streets and dividers on vermont is known for speed racers, drunks, joyriders and highspeed chases. Cars are getting into wrecks not only with civilians but animals and trees as well. There have been plenty head on collisions and im sure more to come if WE dont DO something about THIS. Lights above and on the ground of the cross walks  ped crossings and bike lanes . If you really want to know a way that can scare a lil of fear into these eractic drivers throw a few speeding radars up.
