A Los Angeles Police Department officer, later identified as Nicholas Choung Lee, 40, was killed Friday morning in a crash involving a dump truck and a patrol vehicle in Beverly Hills.

The driver of a car involved in a crash in Willowbrook that left a 23-year-old woman dead and three others injured early Thursday was expected to be charged on suspicion of driving under the influence, authorities said.
