At the same time, a 41-year-old woman and her 2-year-old daughter were headed northbound on North Anaheim Boulevard in a Honda CR-V when they collided with the Toyota Tacoma.
The pickup truck rolled, trapping the man inside. When Anaheim Fire & Rescue firefighters arrived, he was gravely injured and sustained major head trauma, Wyatt said.
