One killed, two seriously hurt in head-on Highway 74 crash
Three people were trapped inside the wreckage forcing crews to perform a cut and rescue. One person died from their injuries, the other two are still in serious condition.

A Lake Elsinore doctor was killed Sunday when a Chevy Camaro crossed over the double yellow line on the Ortega Highway and crashed head-on into his SUV, the California Highway Patrol said Monday.
He was identified by the Riverside County Coroner's Office as Greg Barron, 59.
