LAKE ELSINORE: Woman in wheelchair killed by vehicle
Rose Dominguez, 61, of Lake Elsinore, was hit at 6:46 p.m. at the intersection of Graham and Kellogg streets and taken to Inland Valley Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead an hour later, according to the Riverside County Coroner's Office.
