Sacramento man identified as motorcyclist killed in I-80 onramp crash
The crash occurred about 8 a.m. as Ishchuk was riding a 2003 Buell motorcycle on the eastbound ramp. The motorcycle was traveling at high speed in the carpool lane when Ishchuk lost control and the motorcycle struck the guardrail, according to a California Highway Patrol news release.
