San Bernardino man suspected of DUI in fatal crash near Perris Hill Park
Police are investigating a fatal crash near Perris Hill Park on Monday night.
A man died in a suspected DUI hit-and-run collision in San Bernardino Monday evening. The pedestrian, who was in his late 30s, was struck at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Harrison Street at around 8:52 p.m. The suspect continued driving southbound, hitting a parked BMW and crashed into a tree. Rudy Guzman, 69, of San Bernardino was arrested and was transported to a local hospital to be treated for injuries.
