Crossing guards will be posted at busy intersections near a school in Upland starting Tuesday morning following a tragic hit-and-run.
At around 8:00am, 11-year-old Isaiah Dobine was walking to Cabrillo Elementary School when he was hit by a white Jeep Cherokee, which then left the scene. Shortly after being brought to a children's hospital, Dobine was pronounced dead. Police are still searching for both the white Jeep that hit Dobine as well as a gray truck that may have been directly behind it.
