Driver Says He Accidentally Struck 12-Year-Old Near Dublin High School

Garrett Holmes said the boy was riding his bicycle on Village Parkway to Wells Middle School, and was hit while passing the center driveway to the high school parking lot. The boy was pinned underneath and dragged for about 50 feet until the driver stopped, Holmes said.
