One person was injured when a tractor trailer flipped Monday afternoon blocking all lanes of southbound Interstate Highway 280 in Los Altos, according to police.
The big rig was carrying rocks when it crashed on I-280 between Magdalena Road and Foothill Expressway, dumping rocks across the roadway.
