Sithideth, the driver of a 2000 Honda Civic, slammed on her brakes and spun into the adjacent lane, where she was hit by a 2010 Subaru Forester sport-utility vehicle, Wilkenfeld said. That forced the Honda into the path of a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck that hit the Honda, killing Sithideth, he said.
