Cyclist killed on Page Mill Road identified as Palo Alto man
The accident between the cyclist, Jeffrey Donnelly, and a black Volkswagen Golf occurred at approximately 6:50 a.m. near the intersection of Page Mill Road and Christopher Lane, according to the CHP. The driver of the vehicle, a 19-year-old Palo Alto man, was not injured in the crash, according to CHP.
