A 26-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries after he crashed his bike into the back of a car in San Francisco on Monday afternoon, police said.

He crashed into the back of the vehicle, suffering life-threatening injuries which included head trauma, internal bleeding, fractured ribs, and a punctured lung.
